Presentation at IEEE ISGT Europe 2024 in Dubrovnik

Next week, our engi­neer Igna­cio will be pre­sent­ing at IEEE ISGT Europe 2024 in Dubrovnik the
joint work between iGrid T&D and CITCEA-UPC on the devel­op­ment of dig­i­tal twin frame­work
imple­men­ta­tions for rur­al DSOs.

The presentation’s focus will be on the com­bi­na­tion of Dig­i­tal Twin resources and tools for
aid­ing oper­a­tors in their deci­sion-mak­ing. Authored by Igna­cio Glen­ny, Francesca Rossi,
Vini­cius A. Lac­er­da, Eduar­do Pri­eto and Yolan­da Castel­lón, the work mesh­es grid-graph
mod­el­ling, load esti­ma­tion, sta­t­ic pow­er flow cal­cu­la­tions and a mul­ti-cri­te­ria deci­sion analy­sis
engine for imple­ment­ing a Load Shed­ding algo­rithm and cal­cu­lat­ing the required switch-
oper­a­tion sequence. This is accom­pa­nied by a case study based on our work with Agrienergia.

He will be pre­sent­ing dur­ing the TUE13: Pow­er sys­tem devel­op­ment ses­sion on Tues­day 15th
at 14.00.
