Presentation at CIRED 2024 Vienna: Digital Twin Framework Implementations for Rural DSOs

Last week, our engi­neer Igna­cio pre­sent­ed at CIRED 2024 Vien­na the joint work between iGrid T&D and CITCEA-UPC on the devel­op­ment of dig­i­tal twin frame­work imple­men­ta­tions for rur­al DSOs.

The presentation’s focus was on the use of graph mod­el­ling tech­niques and their con­tri­bu­tions to rur­al DT frame­work imple­men­ta­tions. Authored by Igna­cio, Francesca, Vini­cius, Eduar­do and Yolan­da, the arti­cle cov­ers the basics of our graph dis­crim­i­na­to­ry explo­ration and its uses regard­ing load fore­cast­ing and grid state esti­ma­tion. This was accom­pa­nied by a case study that cov­ered part of our expe­ri­ence imple­ment­ing this work with Agriener­gia Elèctrica.
